Since 2006 Cypress has been renovating approximately 40 independent living and assisted living apartments each year. The majority of the work is self-performed, which includes new wall/floor finishes, new kitchen cabinetry, replacing bathtubs with walk-in showers, new ceramic tile and trim carpentry.

A 3000 sf high-end renovation of an occupied office space, including custom millwork, 3-Form custom glass walls, Woodworks Vector ceiling systems, Armstrong Soundscape Clouds and coordination with systems furniture vendor and voice/data vendor.
BB&T Haymarket
A major interior and exterior renovation to a fully operational retail branch bank including asphalt/paving, concrete, landscaping, new roof, exterior and interior painting, ATM addition, new teller-line, ceilings and bulkheads and finishes. The coordination of the bank’s Security vendor, Tele/data vendor and furniture vendor was performed by Cypress.

Ashbrook Center for Dentistry
A 2500 sf new design/build interior build-out of a high-end dental office, including custom millwork, stone work w/ fireplace and coordination with the dental equipment vendor. This project won the 2006 ABC Award For Excellence.
