Dan has over 20 years of varied experiences in the DC commercial construction industry from service work through base building construction. He developed his management skills in roles including Labor Foreman, Superintendent, Service Manager, Project Manager, Estimator, scheduler and business development. At Cypress, Dan manages his clients through the entire project, from design and conceptual budgeting through timely completion of any punchlists. Dan has a B.A. from the University of Virginia and is a member of various building associations including ABC-Va and the Loudoun County Board of Building Code Appeals. Dan is married and has four children.

Steve has over 20 years of experience in the DC commercial construction industry. Steve has managed an extensive range of projects from small, interior work to large multi-million data centers and base building construction. At Cypress, Steve manages his clients through the entire project, from design and conceptual budgeting through time completion of any punchlists. Steve has a B.S. from Virginia Tech in Building and Construction Management and is a member of various building associations including ABC-Va. Steve is married and has three children.
